Support and Office Manager


LOCATION: Santa Barbara COMPANY: StreamTrack Media, Inc.

Job Summary: Responsible for the smooth operation of the StreamTrack Media office. Works closely with company executives to meet supply, equipment, reception and organizational support needs. Responsible for office activities including contract filing, duplication, keyboarding, faxing and mail distribution. Responsible for office supply ordering, equipment and budget expense control. Strong communication and attention to detail needed. Responsible for answering the StreamTrack Media telephone and routing calls to the appropriate people and/or providing broadcaster, listener and advertiser support for Radio Loyalty as a failover. Various other StreamTrack Media related tasks as designated by the COO and SVP. This job description reflects the general details necessary to describe the primary functions of this occupation. Reports to/Supervision Received:

  1. Manager: COO
  2. Direct Supervisor: COO
  3. Indirect Reporting: President

Essential Functions:

  1. Responsible for contract filing including communication with accounting on terms.
  2. Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  3. Compile and verify data for campaign reports including Daily URL and SubID tracker.
  4. Process complaints if any in accordance with the compliant resolution process.
  5. Process returns from performance based campaigns.
  6. Generate trade show lists and provide recommendations on shows to attend; organize travel.
  7. Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate person.
  8. Implement and maintain office promotions and contests.
  9. Implement and maintain office decor.
  10. Provide broadcaster, listener and advertiser support for RadioLoyalty as needed.
  11. Manage social media sites.
  12. Manage link building campaigns.
  13. Prepare weekly report consolidation.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

  1. Minimum education (or substitute experience) required: Bachelors Degree.
  2. Minimum experience required: Two years experience.
  3. Skills required: Microsoft programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong typing skills.

Financial Responsibility and Authority:

  1. Equipment: Computer, fax machine, copier and telephone.
  2. Financial: Has access to sensitive information. Must get expenses pre-approved by COO.
  3. Internal and external business contacts: Main point of contact for Company vendors for office supply related issues. Works closely with the COO and Department Heads internally.
  4. Supervisory: None.
