Support and Office Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for the smooth operation of the StreamTrack Media office. Works closely with company executives to meet supply, equipment, reception and organizational support needs. Responsible for office activities including contract filing, duplication, keyboarding, faxing and mail distribution. Responsible for office supply ordering, equipment and budget expense control. Strong communication and attention to detail needed. Responsible for answering the StreamTrack Media telephone and routing calls to the appropriate people and/or providing broadcaster, listener and advertiser support for Radio Loyalty as a failover. Various other StreamTrack Media related tasks as designated by the COO and SVP. This job description reflects the general details necessary to describe the primary functions of this occupation.
